The Cesar Millan (Dog Whisperer) corporation is attempting to stop the sale of one of my Pack Leader T-shirts, stating it is in violation of their IP rights.

I would like your opinions and also suggestions where I can publicise this absurd claim. Attached are his designs verses mine (his on left and middle, mine on right). CafePress, the site that sells the Tee on my behalf and profits from its sale, has removed the design pending further investigation whilst continuing to sell designs that are an exact copy of he Cesar design.

Any help you guys can offer would be fantastic - I'm not going to let this corporation bully me into submission over a claim that holds absolutely no foundation
